Dragons de Rouen is the champion. They defeated Bordeaux in final 4-1. But Rouen started very poorly this season. 7 players were out, one is back today. But the rooster is not as good as some months before.
They won the last game but lost the 6 last ones (Magnus and CHL). Bordeaux is better this year. 80% of the team is the same and some good players signed. Rouen is a better team, in theory, but with so a lot of player out, i think it's not a bad idea to try a good coeff.
